Ah chapter 2, to be honest I wasn't even sure I'd get this far with ADM. All the other comics I've done usually fizzled out by around 15-20 pages. Luckily for us all I continued with it. In this chapter a flood occurs on the island and it seems it was Ton's fault thanks to his rain dance. This rain dance I think is the final reason why a lot of people stuck with my little comic. I had a lot of fun drawing that splash page of that. Anyways, this chapter also marks the first appearance of the goddess Aphrodite. To be honest her appearance was going to be a lot different. Originally Hepaestus was an old sailor who arrived with Aphrodite's clam. He was being chased by the fat fish, and Angry would kick it's ass. Afterwards Hepaestus would ask Angry to open the clam, upon doing that Hepaestus would appear naked waiting for "it" to happen. That's when Aphrodite would appear. There's a ton of stuff after that with Atlanteeans, but I forgot most of that. Odd how a story can change so much eh? Two more things I enjoyed with this chapter was drawing a naked Aphrodite; even if she didn't have nipples. Let me make this clear, it wasn't that I didn't want to draw nipples, but I thought I sucked at doing them. The second thing is I really enjoyed writing Hepaestus. He was senile, perverted, and a genius all at the same time. One of my more favourite "villains".
